Uniting Trailblazers in Equitable Whole Child Health

America’s Healthiest Schools Leaders Summit is Healthier Generation’s marquee event recognizing schools that have prioritized the health and well-being of their students, staff, and families. Each year, this event brings together hundreds of educators, district administrators, experts, and industry leaders dedicated to advancing equitable whole child health.

During the Leaders Summit, we honor and celebrate school and district leaders who have been instrumental in implementing healthy practices. We also showcase the important role corporations play in improving the lives of our nation’s children by presenting the Healthier Generation Corporate Hero Award, with past recipients including Kohl’s, Kaiser Permanente, Nike and others.

The Leaders Summit offers attendees a unique platform to share success stories, hear from content experts, and network to spark ideas ensuring our next generation is a healthier generation.

2024 Corporate Hero Awardee

Healthier Generation recognizes Del Monte Foods’ commitment to nourishing families since its founding 135+ years ago, and today, through our Nourishing Families by Nourishing Schools program. Together, we seek to support children’s physical, mental, and social-emotional health by making nutritious foods more accessible to all. To date, we have reached more than 3.25 million students and their families with resources to improve nutrition and food access through this collaboration.

Championed by National Leaders

Past Leaders Summit presenters include President William J. Clinton, ADM Rachel L. Levine, MD (U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services), Dr. Caree Cotwright (USDA), Michelle Kwan and Rachael Ray, among many others.
